Celtic Interlace Crosses

The Interlacing design is formed of an endless line signifying the binding of the soul to the world and the spiritual progress of humanity through endless lives in search of the divine source, the sacred center.  It also represents the cosmic loom, symbolizing the existence of the spirit through time, space, and lifetimes.  Following the continuous line was also used in meditation.

In this cross design, the three equal arms of the cross represent the Trinity, and those flow into the circle in the center, signifying the soul, and those flow down into the long arm of the cross representing the existence of the physical body.
