How do I return an item?

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase.  So, if you are ever unhappy with a purchase, we will refund the item cost with no hassles.  While we may ask why you are unhappy, this is only to help us provide better products and service.  Please call us or email us and let us know what the problem is.  Then simply ship the item back to us and when we receive it, we'll issue a refund.  If you need to exchange one item for another, we are happy to accommodate your request and will only bill or issue a credit for any difference in price.  For example, if you ordered a pendant on a 16" chain and find that you need an 18" chain instead.
